Hi Meredeth, thanks so much for the feedback and for the review! It helps us learn and find ways to improve. After reviewing what you ordered, it looks like you ordered an adorable pant set, which included some cute pants and the shirt for under $25! The accessories shown in the picture are our way of helping moms "stylize" outfits without having to try and guess which accessories match a particular item. We state what's included item in the product descriptions, and have a "Complete Your Look" section on each product page, which shows all the accessories an item is pictured with in order to get all the matching accessories in just one click! So sorry for the confusion, Photographing products in this manner is our way of trying to help moms, not be misleading in any way! We'll hit the drawing board on how we can make that easier to understand and hope to earn your trust and business again some day 🫶

Hi Linda! I am so sorry to hear this, and even more sorry to inform you about this. However, it sounds like you have placed your order with a scam website, and not with our official company. There have been a lot of these fake websites popping up lately, and they are stealing our logo & product images, and then pretending to sell our products for cheap. I'm really sorry this happened to you, these scammers are truly pathetic & we're doing all we can to get them taken down ASAP. I recommend contacting your bank to file a dispute, you should be able to get your money back. Again, we really apologize for this. Oh no 😭 That's definitely not what we want to hear. I'm so sorry you had a poor experience with our products. Sorry for the confusion, our warehouse and all our operations are located in Utah, but we have a diverse supply chain that we source from all around the world. The products are all designed in-house in Utah, we ship from Utah, our support team is here, etc. Everything besides manufacturing! That being said, we pride ourselves in vetting every supplier we work with, ensuring they use ethically sourced materials and provide top-quality products! It sounds like we'll have to do some better quality assurance to make sure products are up to our standards. Quality issues are not common complaints and is something we've really tried to nail down, so sounds like we still have room to improve. Sorry again for the poor experience, but thank you for taking the chance and shopping with us, I'm thrilled you love the designs, we really hope you give us another chance some day ❤️

We do try to clearly state on our website that the expected delivery time is 5-10 business days when using Standard Shipping, and many customers actually give us amazing feedback about how much they love our fast shipping and that they receive their orders much sooner than expected. However, we know there is always room for improvement, and we are actively looking into other shipping options that will be even faster.
