I purchase a lot of my 6 yr old granddaughter’s clothing and LOVE this place.. The most unique items at an affordable price. Just purchased her St. Patrick’s Day outfit….. Fast delivery…… Her Mother tells me she always gets tons of compliments when wearing S.I.P’s clothing. Wish they had more boy stuff for her one yr old brother….

Sizing isn’t very accurate and the return policy isn’t helpful either. Our daughter wears a size 7 in pants she isn’t tall so we ordered 3XL both pairs of pants were about 4 inches too short. One outfit has a cactus and reads “stuck on you” this is considered holiday wear and no returnable. Decent customer service might have offered to exchange for a bigger size or ask questions but that’s not the customer service you get here. Which is too bad because our daughter loved the outfits just can’t wear them

Sizing can be a bit tricky since kids come in so many different shapes, and sizes! When ordering, be sure to check our size chart, which gives accurate measurements for all the dimensions of our products to ensure a good fit!

My daughter and I have been customers since June 2021, and we LOVE SIP!! We are obsessed with all the amazing outfits and necklaces. My daughter, who is 5, would rather get a new outfit and necklace versus a toy. The clothing are top quality, and like anything else, if you take care of it, it will last awhile. The customer service is also top notch, if I have any questions, the sweet ladies are always so willing to help when they can. You can't go wrong with SIP!!

Had issues but resolved easily and quickly
I got my kiddos clothes and all but less than a month after receiving the order, a pair of shoes I bought through this company is now falling apart. I paid for a little more expensive shows that were cute hoping they would last longer than Walmart shoes and they didn't even last as long. They have only been worn 4 times so I am very disappointed and would like a refund or new pair of shoes for her.
Update: they got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and took care of the issue. Really happy with the amazing customer service. As I stated before, everything else is still in really good shape and im happy with the rest of my order. Thank you.
