The quality of the clothes is exceptional. I have had no issues with quality. Customer support is quick to respond to any questions. Shipping leaves less to be desired. They use DHL and it can take quite some time for items to arrive or for tracking information to be updated.

I was a bit skeptical at first since ordering from things I find on Facebook have been nothing but let downs. The outfits were so cute and affordable so I thought it had to be a catch. Well we received our first two orders yesterday and they fit true to size, nice quality, super cute and super affordable! Unfortunately they’re so cute I’ve placed 6 large orders already so I’ve gained a bad habit lol

Customer service is lacking. I’ve ordered a lot from SIP, and have never made a complaint. I’ve gotten some clothes with holes on the hem, but have just sewed and repaired without complaining. However, this Christmas I ordered matching PJs for me and my girls. I was sent the boys PJs without the ruffle that was shown in the picture. I also ordered a Christmas mystery box. In the box I received one outfit and pair of PJ’s. When I reached out to customer service I was told the ruffle PJs were sold out, and that all the mystery boxes had outfits not PJs. I was asked to send a picture of the PJs I received, which I never got around too. However, saw the same thing listed at another Botique listed as a nightgown. I was unhappy with my purchase and customer service could care less, even though I spend a considerable amount on their clothes. Was very disappointed.

SIP has the most adorable outfits!! Not only are they adorable they are affordable! The quality is great. My daughters wardrobe is full of color and sparkle!! Be careful it is addicting!!

Sparkle in pink is so affordable and the clothing is great quality. I love the soft materials that they use. They stay nice after washing and drying. I love the adjustable waist in the pants that way if i buy a set, the shirt is the correct size and i can make the pants fit. I do sew the adjustable elastic to the pants so that if it comes off of the button, ok it does not get lost inside of the pants. Overall, i love sparkle in pink.

Ordered lounge sets, sizing definitely runs small. Tracking was extremely frustrating. USPS site never updated and the site they use would barley give updates. Emailed and didn’t receive a response.

Absolutely love this site for shopping for our granddaughters. Very cute pieces at reasonable prices. Delivered quickly as well.
