Same as others. Just lost $2.3k by paying deposit upon winning two bids only to then receive cancelation notices, and no way to get a refund after repeated attempts to contact customer service. Their chatbot doesn't work, no responses to emails or web form. There's no customer service line. UK.gov website shows this person and address as registered: Georgi Ivanov STAVREV, 40 Calvert Road, London, England, SE10 0DF. Hopefully the lights are still on at this establishment.

Same story as everyone else. Sold vouchers, never received the money from Sparefare. Both buyers and sellers are not receiving their money or the transfer of purchased goods (sparefare puts everything in escrow). Purchased an airline voucher on the website. After the seller accepted the bid and the payment was made, the status was stuck at "Your seller has given us the voucher information. We will verify that this is correct and then send you an email with the details." According to the seller's post the voucher is expiring today but I still haven't received the voucher details despite trying to contact Sparefare via the live chat, online form and Facebook messenger. No response at all. Feels like either this platform is not being managed or monitored at all, or this is a total scam for both buyers and sellers. On one hand, they asked buyers not to contact sellers directly, on the other hand the T&Cs said you should leave your contact details with the seller for direct communication. But there is no way to communicate with the seller after paying as the comment box does not exist once the bid is accepted.

Bought a voucher and over a week later haven’t received it. No response to emails, social media messages or messages sent via their website. Don’t lose your money to this fraudulent company.

I sold a voucher on January 6th confirmed the voucher has been used. I have been waiting on my $300 since then. It is now January 28th and I haven’t received a dime. I have emailed over 10 times with no response. I have messaged through their messaging service on their site 7-8 times and even reached out to the Facebook page. All with no response. I have sent screen shots of all communication and anything else relevant to the better business bureau. I’m hoping this gets resolved but at the moment I am out $300. DO NOT USE SPAREFARE ITS A SCAM.

I have used SpareFare before, but this experience is unacceptable. I purchased a high-value voucher a week ago, and despite the seller's initial approval, I haven't received anything. I have sent multiple emails and messages with zero response from the support team. This is a significant amount of money, and the lack of communication is unprofessional. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank and report this to consumer protection. Order Number: #109347

I purchased airline voucher and proceed the payment. On 21st JAN they contacted me, that it is not possible to transfer this type of voucher and that they iniciated refund. After one week (28th JAN) I still didn´t get my money back. After they contacted me with cancellation of my first purchased discribed above, I decided to buy other voucher. Proceed the payment, seller change the name on the voucher and sent details of the voucheer to SpareFare to check it. Until now (after more than 5 days) I still don´t have any news from SpareFare, they don´t reply to my emails or other forms of contact. I paid for 2 vouchers and didn´t recieved any, or my money back. Previously few months ago I purchased several vouchers using this website, and everything went well. I don´t know if something has changed there.
