wish I read the bad reviews here before I tried to sign up. Signed up Last Night for the FREE 30 day trial. Was charged $5.95 for a FREE trial. Tried to log in today and it said my credentials / account to not exist ? I tried the I forgot my password link and it said my email address does not exist. Tried to send an email to them from the contact us tab and It never goes thru. Just says at the bottom "Locating" Guess the only way to get any help is to pay $9.95 for an email or $24.for chat. This is a joke ! If this is the level of incompetence then I do not want to see what happens when I have some of the glitches that others have described here. Seems like this is a Dial UP company trapped in an INSTA world. I will save my time and money . Thanks.

Never stop charging you. I CAN NOT USE THEIR SOFT WEAR WITH MY EMAIL YET I ASK TO CANCEL 2 YEARS AGO.

I've been a customer for over 10 years, I stopped receiving my emails via Spamarrest for 3 days and had major difficulty logging in and kept getting timeout messages, which was a disaster when expecting emails but cannot read them. The risk of using Spamarrest is now too high, and sadly I'm closing the account. I suggest invest in faster servers and quicker response support otherwise others will close their accounts too.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and lately in 2019 this company seems to have a desire to go out of business. There is no way to get any assistance except through email with a 24-hour wait for a reply. At this very moment I am unable to get any of my emails since they already went to spam arrest and I have no access to them. I accept that things must change oh, but it is unfortunately time for me to leave. I think it's a great service and I must say I am sorry to see it go down in flames. I'm also angry because they don't seem to Value customers who have been paying annual subscription fees as they went up and up over all these years. If you are a customer who has been paying this company for so many years, it would seem that they might want to continue keeping you by at least providing the service of a phone number.

I have used Spam Arrest for over ten years. Now in May 2019 I have has two separate occasions with total email blackout service for over 24 hours each time. It is a business account and I can not operate with issues like this. What annoys me even more is their total lack of customer service. You just can not contact their support team. All they have is an online support form which I have never successfully received an answer from (over 10 sent). They then demand $9.95 to place your response in fast track (do they even answer them?) and an incredible $24.95 to get live chat. Can I point out that nearly every tech or comms. company on the planet offers these services for free! Why on earth should we pay for their problems ? I need to leave, any suggestions ?

I've used Spamarrest for many years without complaint, but in the last year or so, it has become increasingly problematic. It is almost impossible to log into the Spamarrest webmail without getting timed out several times. This dance can go on for 20 minutes or more. They are even slower to relay mail to my email client. I just picked up on Outlook an email that was sent 22 hours ago, and Outlook checks every 10 minutes. Their tech support always has the same explanation: You have too much disk storage. I dutifully created a local email archive in .pst format and reduced my disk storage by two thirds. No change. I think the truth of the matter is Spamarrest is over-subscribed has too little bandwidth to handle the traffic. I suspect this because the delays vary with the time of day. Much slower during peak hours.

I've been using SpamArrest for more than 5 years. It takes a lot of work to pick out the legitimate emails from the Unverified emails folder because of the unbelievable amount of spam. When I switched back to my email provider's server I was happy that the bulk of the spam is being filtered at the email server level so I have been seeing much less spam. I've had problems sending emails through the SpamArrest servers. This includes being completely unable to send emails for more than half a day. At times I've also had trouble receiving emails through the SpamArrest servers. There were either significant delays or senders received an error message. Needless to say that I have abandoned SpamArrest and would not recommend it to anyone.

Spamarrest used to be a good company and the software was reliable. Now the software is buggy, with a lot of problems. The support does not like to accept that problems exist - I am sure simply because they are lazy and just don't give a damn. There are regular server problems and delays to emails. If you are with spamarrest, now is the time to move away because they are getting worse and worse. If you have not joined then don't even think about it. Use gmail to filter out your spam instead. Spamarrest have not improved, altered or upgraded their very basic software for years. It's a pity but I will have to make the move away with my many email addresses, however spamarrest dont value my emails or their business. It is as if they have given up on it. Avoid.
