Spamarrest is a great service and blocks spam better than any other service, platform, software, or technical methodology I've used. Having said that, it's not perfect. First, you need to manage your emails. You need to know if an important email is coming so you can proactively authorize it. Being an IT professional (and an adult) I am more than happy to do this. My only other problems with Spamarrest are that it doesn't force HTTPS on their website, and once in a while their web interface is horribly slow. Sometime's it takes 30 minutes for an email to come through instead of 1 minute. All in all, I'm very happy with Spamarrest. So happy, in fact, that I bought a lifetime subscription.

Been a subscriber since early 2000, Recently I requested service and tech assistance. I submitted the form, but received no response. After all these years of being a loyal subscriber, I feel abandoned with no way to talk with anyone even after providing my phone number.

i have been using Spamarrest for many years now but they don't appear to have upgraded their architecture or their UI since i started using it back in the early 2000s. My recent issues with regular and repeated server timeouts (504 Errors) and exposed passwords have been met with bafflement by clearly inexperienced and untrained support staff who have given all the wrong answers and who have denied the slightest possibility of errors and snafus that are demonstrably happening. The only thing that has held me back from cancelling my subscription before now, is the knowledge that I'm going to have to spend a good deal of time 'training' my mail client to recognise spam messages. But that now seems a cheap price to pay, compared to the amount of time wasted over the last few days and the number of incoming emails that have been massively delayed causing some serious disruption to my business.

spamarrest was OK when I began with the company over 5 years ago. the product seeks to filter out spam messages from your mailbox and then section them for your review. If you prefer, you can ignore them and they'll be deleted after 3 days. The downside is that their interface is archaic. There is an option to "try our new beta version" that has remained the same for over 3 years. In other words there has been no software improvement on what is a slow and clunky architecture. Yet their pricing has certainly progressed. They make it hard to leave by pushing a spamarrest mail-name on you. AVOID
