Dear Melissa, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it must be to receive a gift card and then struggle to find a participating location to use it, especially when the spa where it was purchased doesn't accept it. This certainly isn’t the experience we want for our customers. We’d like to look into this further and see how we can help—please check your inbox for an email from [email protected], as we’ve reached out to request more information so we can assist you directly. Regards, Josh R. Spafinder.com **UPDATE FROM SPAFINDER.COM 05/05/2025:** Hello Melissa, thank you so much for sharing your contact information with us. Hello Shoshana, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry to hear that using multiple cards for your purchase caused frustration. We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a gift that ended up being more difficult to use than expected. While many retailers do accept split payments, unfortunately not all do, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. We'd like to learn more and see how we can help—please check your inbox for a message from [email protected] so we can collect your details and assist you further. Regards, Maurice V.
