I purchased this product on vacation in Aruba and the salesman demonstrated it and was very good at his job. We purchased it and it was a big purchase expense and I asked the salesman if he had literature for how to use it with all the facial products and he said he would be emailing me all the directions of how to use it. Well I had the Jupiter for two weeks now and never heard from him. I am using it and hoping I’m using correctly. I know a pamphlet came with it but that was just for the Jupiter not the face creams. I feel like I’ve been taken. I’ve never spent that much on Face products before. They do make the skin feel nice but at a very high cost.

having received my Vega Space Touch as a gift, I was extremely disappointed when it would not work after a using a very short time. The people at Space Touch were very cooperative...I returned the product and received replacement in approximately a week. Very professional!! Would highly recommend.

I purchased my Jujpiter many years ago when we were vacationing in Aruba. After I turned 50 I payed more attention to protecting and moisturizing my skin, especially my face. I was interested in preventing wrinkles, as much as possible. Buying the Jupiter was a leap and expensive. And I was skeptical! But the more I researched the LED therapy for skin, I faithfully used it ! Important to note: the Jupiter can by used with your own moisturizers.....not necessary to have extremely expensive products.....but good product for your skin, which you can find at any CVS etc.. A few years back my Jupiter stopped working ..of course I was ? it had become so much a part of my nightly routine... I reached out to Space Touch by email and immediately heard back from them and heard back every time I emailed with a question, They stand by their product and their life time qaureentee ! I sent it back and in a few weeks I received a replacement. I highly recomment the coupany and their product. One other note. I did at one point go to a salon and got injections to smooth some wrinkles. I mentioned the Jupiter to the agent because I didn't see them using anything like that ....and they were a high end salon. I stopped going after that first visit because I found the Jupiter did the trick and at the comfort of my home and with no discomfort. by the way soon after my visit I found out they were using a similar version of the LED therapy. to make it clear Jupiter doesn't eliminate the wrinkles but clearly smooths the area so their not as prominent. I had such a great experience with Spacetouch! I broke my Jupiter and Spacetouch happily honored the warranty. Their communication/follow-up was excellent. If you are considering purchasing one of their products, I highly recommend them!

Not only is this product amazing it also comes with wonderful customer service and a lifetime warranty that they honor! I’ve had numerous skin cancers- with half my lip taken off - and this has really helped my skin heal. I would highly recommend this for anyone.
