I was very happy with our product!
I was extremely happy with our product. I was especially pleased with the service after the sale. I had some questions and spoke with Ed. He answered all of my questions and was very pleasant.

I needed a replacement part in a hurry. I was given highly competent, professional, and courteous assistance. Also, I was delighted the package arrived a day earlier than promised!

Great customer service!
Super super helpful customer service agents dealing with a large order and a product that is on backorder that will ship later than the rest. This company was so easy to work with, very efficient, got back to me when they promised they would. I could not be happier. I know the products I ordered will be fantastic. I ordered 4 Spa Procedure beds and 4 towel warmers from them. I'm sure I'll be back to order more based on this transaction.
