I ordered April 4th and still have not received my product. I've emailed them 4 times with no reply. I've gone into their website and did a 'chat' twice and they both told me I'd receive a phone call the next day and no call!

Easy to order but hard to get what you have already ordered and paid for. This company promises to send your equipment/ order when you sign their senseless documents and send payment, but here I am a week later and my order is just sitting there. It's already been processed and they have it ready to ship but just seem to have a trouble getting UPS to pick it up. Don't waste your time especially if you're working with a deadline, they can't meet that expectation.

They collect my payment and then don't ship my equipment. They claim to need an authorization form AFTER they have already taken my payment. They never answer their phone and have only returned my 4th message after I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau. I am not sure about this company. I should have read these reviews first.

In the internet era that is full of identity theft and credit card fraud, we provide another level of safety and security by calling clients and verifying them to make sure they are the true cardholders. With larger orders, we even request an Authorization form. This has to be done after the payment is made and there is an attempt to purchase. In this case we attempted to contact the client several times, and we did left messages asking him to contact us. When called back he was very unprofessional, he was yelling at our staff that why did you charge the credit card and so on. He constantly cussed at our staff and dropping the “F” word repeatedly. We will never tolerate anyone disrespecting any of our staff. We immediately cancelled his order, refunded his money. Done. Our clients welcome the extra security level that we implement for our orders to minimize fraudulent orders and I’m sure all well behaved and honest people agree with us. In the case of this client, apparently he is neither honest nor well behaved

Unfortunately international callers can not reach us by dialing the 800 numbers. Contacted client and provided her with all the numbers for customer service. Upon contacting client that it became apparent that she was contacting us by the 800 number. These 800 numbers are operational only when dialed from inside the US. Item is currently in route to client and client has been informed about the tracking number of her package.

when I got a tracking number I figured the package would go out quickly after. I figured wrong! it's been 12 days since they sent me a tracking number and when I track the package all it says is that a label was created. so I am still waiting to see if they are going to send my product!!!

I have not received any emails or correspondence. I do not have tracking number or actual verification except the invoice printed from web site. It is a little scary not having any other verification. I always have from other companies. I cannot honestly rate them since I have no contact.

I'm very disappointed to hear that after receiving one of the items I ordered and found that it wasn't what I expected and needed to send back, I am being charged a 15% and pay for the return shipping. Had I known before the order was placed and since I am not able to see the item live, I wouldn't have ordered it. So, therefore, I won't be ordering from your company for the simple fear if it isn't right, I'm charged!

We try very hard to make sure the return policy statements are clearly visible, and not only these statements are not in small fonts but in contrast, they are capitalized and some in bold prints too. I would not purchase anything else from this company. I purchased a spa package and when purchased I was informed that the carrier would call to set up a time and day for drop off and set up. Not only did the carrier not call me and left a huge palet of boxes at the front of the office, but absolutely no help with carrying anthing in or setting up. When I spoke with customer service about this, I was informed that this "cost extra" which I wouldve been more than happy to pay, but didn't because I was told it was already included. The facial/massage bed that was purchased pretty much came put together other than the legs needing to be attached. Once the bed was set up...it was HORRIBLE!!! The bed was leaned to one side more than the other and only got worse if you tried to adjust the position of the bed, which the latches to the bed did not work as well so we had to use a tool to even move the bed up and down. To make matters worse as soon as a person weighing 150+ lbs sits on the bed, the foot of the bed pops up and it sounds as if its going to break with even that amount of weight on it. I would never put a client on this bed for many reasons but also for the simple fact that someone could easily fall off this bed and sue the company. The pkg also came with a trolley. The company sent me two of the same legs so it was not able to be put together. Upon having issues with both items opened from this pkg I decided to not attempt anything else with the equipment sent until the company fixed everything. Frankly I just wanted to return it, but when I spoke with customer service regarding the equipment issues I was told to take a video and pictures of the issues and email it to them which at that time they would send it to another dept to have it evaluated. HORRIBLE customer service for those who rely on their equipment to make a living. I am in the process of hopefully getting everything resolved, but I DO NOT recommend this company and do not see myself ever purchasing from them again.
