Good Morning Bruce, First of all we want to say thank you for your trust in us to provide you with a great trailer. We apologize if what you received was anything short of that. Normally the manufacturer does a much better job then what you speak of. If you are experiencing any problems as a result of the way the unit is built please let us know. We have your back and assure you that we will do everything possible to get you proper assistance. If there is anything we can do for you please don't hesitate to let us know. We would never want you to be unhappy with us or the product you purchased. Thanks, Jeremy Williams - PRES Southern Trailer Depot, LLC
