When I showed up it didn't have the roof insulation. the piano hinge door. or the third frame rail on the tongue. I even asked to have it checked out before I arrived. I was told if anything was wrong it would be very minor. Maybe now somebody will check a punch list before they park it in the finished field.

We certainly appreciate your business and the feedback. This is the first I have heard of your issue. I don't quite understand because the unit comes standard with a piano hinged side door and the Therma-Cool ceiling was definitely on the order to Diamond Cargo. The tongue was never a triple tube because you only had 3500 axles. It goes to triple tube if you upgrade to the heavier 5200 axles. I hope you know that none of this was intentional. We will do everything possible to try and make any errors as right as possible. Thanks Again, Jeremy Williams - Pres
