Normally the manufacturer does a much better job then what you speak of. If you are experiencing any problems as a result of the way the unit is built please let us know. Good Afternoon Brian, We apologize for your wait and any trouble you may have experienced. Just for the record, since we received this review we have reached out to you by phone on Saturday 3/21 and you told us you were eating lunch and that you would not talk to us again until Monday. On Monday we attempted to reach you again by phone, email, & text and have not heard anything in return. We are only trying to help you if you need it. If you feel that your spare tire carrier was not installed properly, we wanted to offer that you take it to anyone you want locally and have it dressed to your satisfaction. We would offer this at our expense. Are the rear doors you speak of working properly or is there some type of problem with them? If there is a problem we will see that it is corrected. If the only issue is that you feel the doors are a little light it is because they have to be designed that way to reduce any sag over time. You can't have hinged heavy doors on the rear because over time and miles of transport the doors will begin to sag causing a bigger issue. Normally this type of thing doesn't happen and we are truly confident in every trailer produced. I am not sure why these items were left off of your trailer, but I assure you that I will look into it and do whatever it takes to try and avoid this from happening again. It was an honest oversight from as good of a salesman as you will ever find that was made right for you in every way possible. He would have never mislead you intentionally. I will take responsibility for the mistake and I will try to do a better job at educating our salesman on promotions and price changes well before posting it for your benefit in the future. I am not sure how the misunderstanding about our location happened when Douglas, GA 31533 is clearly posted on our website, the estimate you received by email before your purchase, and the invoice you received by email after your purchase. We will try to make this clearer in the future also. We hope you are happy with your trailer and it serves you well for many years to come.
