Greg, We really hate that you feel this way about us. Everything possible was done to try and make up for an honest mistake. We delivered your unit at no charge, refunded you $500 for 4 - $25 D-rings, gave you an electric tongue jack for less than cost and apologized more times than we can count. You gladly accepted your trailer and everything you were giving. We are not always perfect, but we are always honest and try to be more than fair to all of our customers. I can assure you that you would not have got a better trailer deal anywhere. Our every effort was made to please you and I am sorry we were not able to do that. We wish you well with your future purchases and we really hope you enjoy your trailer. God Bless, Jeremy Williams -Pres Southern Trailer Depot
