I had a great experience with Sound Rink’s customer service. I reached out by email and received a response very quickly. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. They looked into the issue right away and were able to provide a solution much faster than I expected. I really appreciate how easy they made the whole process and how well they communicated with me. Purchased 2 VIP’s for myself and my grandson to BLACK LABEL SOCIETY on August 25th. I emailed SOUNDRINK with a few questions and requests for some information approximately 6 or 7 days before the event. I explained that I am somewhat disabled (not requiring any special accommodations), and would be traveling 2 hours each way. In just a few short hours after my email, the customer service folks not only responded with all of the information I requested, but they referenced my long trip as well as mentioning me bringing my grandson. I sent them a “thank you” email, and they emailed me a “thank you” for my kind words. Unfortunately I couldn’t give them a rating higher than a ‘five’ because it would have been a TEN! Just a really great customer service department! There are so many companies that should follow their example. Especially when you consider that I may not be purchasing any future ‘meet and greets’. No one should have any doubts at all about this company and especially their customer service folks! ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH!!!

My great experience was with customer service. My confirmation email went to a dead email that was tied to my payment info. When I contacted customer service- I got a response within 15 minutes- and they already forwarded my email to the correct one before even responding. Such a rare pleasant experience!

Ordered 3 VIP packages to Simple Plan's show on July 26, 2026. Came down with nerve issues in my back 8 days before the show. Emailed them on July 18 (Saturday) about transferring the packages to a friend; They replied the same day, transferring all 3 packages & sending my friend the confirmation email. Emailed them today (July 26) asking about the time of the meet up & they replied in less than 30 minutes. Some of the best customer service I have received, excellent communication.

Super fast response and action on a request of having a Meet & Greet VIP ticket upgraded to Tier 1, and on a Sunday even.
