They failed to send me an email of the event starting time so I missed my event. Now is refusing to refund my $250.

Purchased a VIP experience for iprevail and never got the email and have never received the VIP items . Biggest waste of money as we got nothing of what we paid good money for and won’t refund the money

Unable to transfer tickets. Unresponsive to emails, phone calls, etc. Will never purchase through SoundRink ever again.

Company is a total sham I bought 2 Vip tickets for me and my gf for our anniversary to go see crown the empire and we were so excited because the VIP tickets came with GA tickets and meet and greet and all kinds of goodies then I get an email saying I didn't have any GA tickets which made me a little confused so I request a refund and they will not give me one totally unprofessional and a rip off do not buy tickets from this website they will steal your money

BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY. IF THEY CANCEL A GIG, THEY ONLY REFUND 70% OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE PAID. DONT TRUST THEM!

If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. A VIP concert upgrade was purchased from them through a band's website. It was cancelled by email in January 2022, a few weeks before the concert, due to covid concerns with a promise to refund within 21 days. It's now March and no refund. When I contact customer services the only responses I get are "we are having issues with the processor" "we are checking daily thanks". The upgrade was not cheap. I am now over $500 out of pocket and resorting to legal action. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY OR BANDS WHO USE THEM.
