We, unfortunately, have no record of you speaking with any of our team members. Historically we try to be completely transparent and try to keep people from wasting their money on materials that we know would not work for their sound issue, we would rather lose a sale, than sell something that does our customers little to no good and there have been times when people get upset not understanding why we don't have the magic solution. We would love nothing more than to be able to help everyone with every issue they have, that may happen one day, unfortunately it has not yet happened. Good day Daniel, I am very sorry that you feel your experience with our company was so poor that it deserved a 1 star rating. After researching your account it does not appear as if you called and spoke with anyone about seeing if there were any options available to reduce the cost of shipping. We are pretty competitive on most of our product pricing so it is unfortunate, but we cannot control what a third party, in this case UPS charges for shipping, as we choose to be transparent and instead of blindly bundling the shipping charges into one inflated price, we chose to show all charges as a separate line item. You were shown the product price, any applicable tax, as well as, the shipping charge prior to check out. If you felt that strongly about the product price and shipping charge being too high you did not have to purchase the material. You are more than welcome to call Kellen Beaver, our Corporate Sales Manager and he can apply the 10% off coupon that was available at the time of your purchase, that you did not take advantage of as well as seeing if there were any other shipping options that could have been a lesser expensive mode of transit.
