Packing list did not match order placed Had to count everything even down to screws and found missing from order. But after contacting Soundcow they shipped out the missing parts from the order.

Good day Mattie H., I am very sorry to hear that you had issues with your order. We have tried many different ways to have itemized packing slips for the kits we sell and have found that the best way was to simply list it as a "kit". Our team double and triple counts the contents of each portion of the kit. We rarely have issues with missing pieces, unless there is damage that occurs to the box in transit, however, we are human and we do not say that something can "never" happen. That is why we try to go above and beyond for our customers when there is a problem. It sounds as if our team did just that and we thank you for letting us know that everything was rectified and you were happy with the resolution. Have a wonderful day, be safe, be well.
