I needed some soundproofing for the diesel engine in my 34-year old sailboat. Found soundproof cow and called them up. The salesperson directed me to their website and directly pointed out the product I needed. I promptly ordered and it arrived a few days later.
The product was good looking and easy to install. I had a question, and their technical department was very quick to respond.
So far everything has been good. Come spring I will start the engine and find out how well it works.

Prompt Replies, Good Recommendations
We received a prompt reply to our inquiry, and clear recommendations on what products would meet our needs. The Senior Account Manager took the dimensions of our space, as well as the floor and wall materials, to arrive at what product would best address our problem.
We have placed an order and are currently awaiting arrival of that order.

Received items as ordered, but it can be hard to tell from the web site which items are right for the job, and the questions I asked in the online form were never answered.
It would be good to have a comparison chart on the site showing how various products are right for various applications.

From the research we were able to do, we think this is Ryan N., having sent through your question on 11/6/2020 at 6:41 pm. It looks as if Kellen Beaver, our Corporate sales manager responded, Monday, 11/9/2020 at 9:35 am, when we reopened from being closed over the weekend, his brief email answered your question of which side of the material was to be applied in which direction. I am very sorry if this response got stuck on a junk folder or spam file.
We will have our web content team take a look at seeing if we can create a comparison chart or something similar to help quickly answer questions.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I am converting a home office into a music room. I've done a lot of research and had questions. The sales rep (Justin) sent me an email with an option to build a room within a room, etc. I get it! I know about the room in a room thing. However, when I explained to him that this isn't practical with my application and asked about option B, he said over and over, "well, since you didn't go with my recommendation I don't know what to tell you."
So, "I" went over the products/ options from their website to get more details, further explained that I don't need the room to be completely soundproof, etc. - As I asked about particular products he was condescending and kept going back to, "like I said, since you didn't go with my original recommendation...." I am ready to spend as much as $5,000 to get my room workable. Justin was of no help whatsoever, he was condescending and literally said you're own your own. God bless him.
