We will discuss if anything can be sent with orders regarding installation tips and techniques. However, our path has always been to try and reduce our carbon imprint and be as green as possible, trying to do as much as we can digitally. It is tested for indoor air quality and has no VOC emissions. We strive to carry the highest quality materials and care about customer satisfaction. Good day Todd, Thank you very much for your reviews, product / service and feedback, we truly appreciate it. We feel your frustration with shipping prices, that is a huge pain point for our team. We ship an enormous number of materials in and out, sadly, without our discounted negotiated rates that we give all of our customers your order would have been about $75 more to ship than you actually paid. :-( We truly hope that shipping prices return to where they had previously been, because since 2019, we have doubled our spend for shipping.
