Absolutely stupid app too many adverts and expensive for Soundcloud Go this is why ppl go to Apple or amazon music get rid of ur adverts

I had recently wrongfully purchased a yearly subscription on soundcloud due to an error on the website, so I thought I was down £90 I was struggling to find a way to contact someone to resolve the problem however I found a ticket solution. They got back to me within a few days and I was refunded all of my money, thank you soundcloud! I am aware that soundcloud have had some terrible reviews, but from my experience its was alright. Although their support system could be improved, such as having a contact number to get a hold of someone quicker, however the email I sent did get a response after a few days.

The weirdest and most non-automated way to split, earn and display/withdraw your money ever.

Good without subscription

The site is good...until you need assistance! Impossible to reach a "human"and after more than 2 weeks from my first "ticket incident" I'm still waiting a reply from them!! I am, or perhaps should I say I was, a Pro Year Plan Customer, this subscription is valid until July 2021 but I cannot access my account anymore. So at the moment I'm loosing 100€, many days of work and more than 300 followers!! I'm really upset & disappointed by this total lack of seriousness!!!!

I really did enjoy Soundcloud and decided to subscribe but I cannot upload more tracks! I'm on the Pro+ plan but my upload limit is stuck on the free plan allowance of 180 minutes (3 hours)! Every time I try it asks me to subscribe but I am already a subscriber! I've viewed the help pages and tried many fix options including, logging out, deleting cache/data and again login! No success! Made contact via Twitter and a bot asks me to complete a support form, after reading reviews here, support has no doubt already ended as they are useless! Time to cancel, let's see how this goes! In fact, I actually pay via PayPal so I'll just cancel the automatic payment with PayPal — I'm not prepared to p!ss around any more! #bye #byebye #soundcloud

This is far better than spotify, unlimited skips, easy uploading and most importantly, less ads

Soundcloud freezes user accounts when they are not happy about something and insists you contact support, however there is no support! 0, none, nada, zip, zilch. Impossible to contact them and there "click here to contact support" only leads you to adds. The sound quality has turned to garbage and they offer no real way to get help with any issues while they continue to abuse members and provide an ultimately crap service. Soundcloud is becoming obsolete and it's time for people to move on to better platforms.
