SoundCloudReviews of soundcloud.com

Soundcloud is a scam! I pay for a pro service since years and those last months, they aren't able to answer quickly to the urgent mails we send them. So, for those who would like to get an account with their service, think twice!

Customer service is non-existent. We paid for top tier and literally cannot use the service. We submit tickets and they simply don’t reply. Their knowledge base has no useful information. Reads more like sales. Shameful. A joke if they weren’t ripping people off.

They warned me about automatic renewal of a "Nextpro" subscription. I checked the site but I only had their basic "Next" (?) Subscription, so they'd screwed that! I tried emailing them but "no reply". 'SEEMS TOk1ST Ingredi

Not a good service and they have no support I have a problem with my account. Until now, the music appears in the review even though the browser is updated with the latest version and there are no programs that block ads. So far there is no solution to this problem. I hope you can solve this problem in my account as well. When I upload, the paths do not appear for me. Please solve this problem in my account. There is a problem I don't know how to solve. Some tracks aren't showing up for me, and I'm also unable to sync music to my SoundCloud account. Please help me because I have been contacting you in the support note for many months and there is no response. They don't have customer support. They are liars. They are liars, I swear to you. They do not have customer support. I have been communicating with them for many months and there is no response to my messages I have tried several methods, but unfortunately there is no solution to these problems on the site. The SoundCloud Artist website has many problems, and I do not advise anyone to upload to it because they have so far been unable to solve this problem. Unfortunately, when I upload music to the SoundCloud Artist website, It appears in the review, and when I access the music, I cannot edit it, I cannot delete it, and I cannot manipulate the music either. There is another problem when I sync the music with my SoundCloud account. Unfortunately, it asks me to wait 60 seconds, but after waiting I cannot do the courtesy because I do not know what it is and when I communicate. With support for customers, I have opened a new memo for many months. No, there is no response to my messages. I tried in all legal and illegal ways to communicate with them directly, but unfortunately there is no response to customers. Therefore, I do not advise anyone to create an account with SoundCloud at all. Go to other platforms. Guys, thanks. to you

I posted a track and suddenly after 25 minutes it had had 283 "plays"! It's all nonsense (I put another word but it was disallowed), the whole lot of it. UPDATE 20 MINUTES LATER I took down about three tracks with fake plays, put them up again with a message to stop spamming - result - MORE FAKE PLAYS! Soundcloud has loads of people "reposting" your track and then saying how they can get you more plays...if you pay them! The music business is disgusting!
