Fans go to my site to hear my songs and get diverted to other artists by the auto play of related tracks feature. They then just turn off Soundcloud and this hurts my fan base.

I guess I should read reviews before downloading the apps Huh???? These guys are HACKER FRIENDLY… Meaning they’ll take a HACKERS word and remove ANY OF YOUR SONGS BEFORE THE SONG IS EVEN PROCESSED 4 Songs today, I own ALL copyrights and publishing, and I receive some dumb documentation to fill out PROVING THE SONGS BELONG TO ME !! Why did you NOT SEND THIS TO THE HACKER? “ Unknown Artist, unknown Song”, ding ding , doesn’t that sound off an alarm???? I sent in proof the songs were mine, showed them in screenshots that these songs were in MY phone. !!! Still they take the words of a hacker…. BEWARE!!!! I would not send this app to my worst enemy!!!!

I had a really disappointing experience. I accidentally ordered the wrong color towels and contacted customer service right away. They said I’d hear back within 48 hours, but it took days, and when they did respond, they just closed my ticket without addressing the problem. There’s no real customer support and no accountability. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

SoundCloud is going down the drain. They always show unrelated and unfitting ai music. They never show the music I upload to other people unless I pay for advertisment. Also the music I want to hear isn't available here anyways. This used to be a fun place for passionate musicians to share and exchange But over the course of the past years it has gotten worse and worse. Why should I pay for an artist pro plan if u don't play fair and by ur own rules? Huh? SoundCloud? Wtf

App started track skipping repeatedly. Logged out and couldn't get back in. That was a week ago. Support finally sent me a password reset and my profile is empty! Playlists and all my tracks gone! It's 48 hours since then and NOTHING! NO SUPPORT! For £11.99 a month it's not worth it!

I've been using SoundCloud for about a year now to share my own music, DJ mixes and other music-related content, and overall I've had a very positive experience with the platform. For an independent artist, I particularly like having direct control over my uploads and releases, as well as being able to see how people are actually discovering and listening to my music around the world. The insights and statistics are useful, and SoundCloud has become an important part of how I share my music. I recently also had my first real experience with their support and copyright process. One of my own tracks was automatically removed after my distributor was identified as the rights holder in certain territories. I submitted a copyright dispute explaining that I am the artist and rights owner and that I upload my music to SoundCloud myself. The issue was reviewed and the track was reinstated very quickly. I also contacted support separately, and received a helpful personal response confirming that the content had been restored. Mistakes in automated copyright systems can happen — what matters to me is how they are handled when they do, and in this case SoundCloud handled it quickly and professionally. After approximately one year on the platform, I'm still very happy to use SoundCloud and particularly appreciate having a place where I can directly manage and share my music with listeners around the world.
