SoundCloud greatly under paid me for plays while being monetize. I won't be continuing with their service I put to much time and effort for 200 thousand plays and you paid me $50 for those plays which don't make sense since I got paid $50 for 20 thousand plays.

I had the artist pro account subscription. I had issues with distribution. They never helped me fix it on any step of the way. 0 support. For 2 weeks, my release kept getting rejected with the generic error message that one of the songs amongst the 10 songs, contains a featured artist in the title. Without any further clue. I made 2 tickets and nobody answered. I changed every song name manually until I realized, one of the songs simply contained the word "with" in the name and the bot rejected the song. The error message didn't point out which song amongst 10 songs. After trying for 2 weeks with cryptic rejection error that gets sent every 2-3 days per re-submission, the release got uploaded. But then I realized that they uploaded my release under the wrong artist page on Apple Music. I made a ticket request and waited for 2 weeks and nobody answered. I started making more tickets. For another month and half I kept making tickets and nobody answered. Not one of them got answered. So in short the support is literally non-existent and the release never happened properly, after 2.5 months of trying. If the support team is understaffed, either add to the support team, or even better, improve the service quality, so that not as many tickets are needed to be created in the first place. Definitely, definitely, not recommended. Use any other service for distribution.

Я оспорила каждое удаление, но поддержка просто игнорирует меня. Они удалили даже мой самый популярный трек, который люди слушали и лайкали. Их алгоритмы сломаны, их поддержка не работает, и им плевать на творцов. Единственное, что они умеют - это удалять чужие работы. Не доверяйте этой платформе. SoundCloud - это позор для музыкального сообщества.

Cmon guys you can make several thing easyer and better

I have been an artist for most of my life. My story isn't much different from any aspiring artist. The school of hard knocks was specifically built for us. Being faced with the challenges that it takes to raise a family and having to sacrifice your dreams and aspirations to be Daddy provider is a long,lonely journey. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. That journey rewarded me in ways well worth the crucible of those years. At 64 years old that chapter of my journey has come to a close. Now, I finally have a chance to realize that dream I once had to abandon, thanks to the super awesome platform of SoundCloud. SoundCloud's spectacular artist's interface has literally felt like a miracle, not only do I get to enjoy and interact with so many undescribably talented artists,I have a fresh,strong hope that I can offer my collection of music and songs I've written over the past 30 years of my life experiences and observations of the human condition in the expectation of giving life,love, meaning and purpose into the lives of others. Yes, Thank You SoundCloud. I am determined to bring forth beautiful,creative and inspirational music to this platform. WISH I COULD DO 0 STARS! soundcloud distrubution is absouletly a dumpster fire!!!!! and amplify only pushes ur songs out to bots they are greedy people

Never ever distribute something with this company!! They will steal your time and money. They won’t even contact you when you need support. They are bunch of idiot amateurs.
