After investing 700€ on soundcloud with 7 year pro plan, all I used it for is sharing music with labels. I found no other benefit in it. Extremely poor customer service, once they charge your account automatically theres no way to get your money back. Issues with other users uploading your music? They answer with a bot... Label please don't ask for these links.

Ero un Artist Pro in soundcloud, dico ero perché ho disdetto l'abbonamento. Qualche giorno fa, senza alcun avviso di soundcloud, mi sono trovato un aumento dell'abbonamento da 15€ circa ogni 3 mesi ad uno della stessa cifra al mese, per cui ho fatto il downgrade ad un piano della cifra di 6€ circa al mese. Hanno nascosto gran parte dei miei brani con l'opzione/obbligo di upgrade al piano imposto di nascosto per continuare ad usufruire di tutte le opzioni. Comportamento scorretto per usare termini non offensivi.

Terrible. I've always tried to support SoundCloud but I've just ran out of patience. Customer service is just awful. The latest issue; they messed up the tracks on my account, I couldn't use it for four months, they rejected the claims from the distributor (even though it turns out they were right) and when SoundCloud finally did resolve things their end, there was no apology, and no refund for the pro membership I couldn't use. I'll never use again.

Ich möchte hiermit erneut SoundCloud als inkompetentes Unternehmen im Bezug als Distributor Kund tun. Mir wurde zu dem Zeitpunkt als die Zahlung vonstatten gehen sollte, ohne jegliche Vorwarnung - ohne jegliche fundierte Begründung, mein Konto gesperrt - dazu die Zahlung von ca 5.000€ eingefroren. Dies ist Sittenwidrig! Eine Beantwortung meiner Frage - mit welcher Begründung, dies erfolgte, bleibt von den völlig inkompetenten menschlichen Support aus. Ich vermute SoundCloud zieht hier mit Hilfe von KI eine Masche durch, sich mit erfolgreichen Künstlern zu bereichern! Ich empfehle allen angehenden Künstlern diese Portal dringlich zu vermeiden!

I have been a Pro user for years. Since it was rescued from closing a few years ago, its customer support has been worse than useless. Expect to wait a month for a response. Right now, there are complaints all over the web about its new UI, which is blocking logins, preventing uploads, and displaying blank pages. Settings cannot be accessed and uploading continuously fails. SoundCloud couldn't care less about its users, paid or not. It doesn't even bother to reply to reviews here.

My music was approved for the release on the 17th September . It’s now the 27th and it has not appeared in anything. I contacted the support team on the 24th and no reply. I have emailed them again this morning. Again no reply. It’s very disappointing, you get excited about a music release, spread the word, no release and no support. Very poor service.

I rely on SoundCloud professionally as a DJ and music producer, and once again I've gone to access my account on release day only to find I've been logged out for no apparent reason. I'm using the same device I regularly use, and my login details are stored in a password manager, so I know they're correct. Despite this, attempting to log back in simply gives me the message: “Something unexpected happened. Please try again.” If this were a one-off technical issue, I could understand it. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time it's happened — and incredibly, the previous occasion was also around a release day. Release day is one of the most important times for an artist to have reliable access to platforms like SoundCloud. I need to upload, manage and promote new music, and being unexpectedly locked out of my account at exactly that point is extremely frustrating. SoundCloud is a platform I use as part of my business, so reliable account access should be fundamental. I hope this recurring issue is investigated and resolved.
