Hearing aids worked right out of the box and easy to maintain. Took a little getting used to because I've never had aids before. My only complaint is customer support as I had a few questions on buds to use and nobody got back to me. That's why the 4 instead of 5. Other than that they're pretty good.

Everything was explained well and happened that way.

My husband received his Discovery hearing aids on Monday, they are great! The problem we are having is, we can’t get in contact with customer service to ask any questions about the phone app. It’s been three days and customer service does not answer our calls. Please give us a call back please!

the hearing aids where here in a very short time. And was very easy to put in. I had very little trouble putting them into my ear. I am very glad that I can hear again.

Even though the hearing aids did not work for me I was satisfied with their prompt response and return policy.

These are the first hearing aides I have ever had and the experience has been very good. Easy to use and recharge, small and simple to operate. I love the kit of extras domes and cleaning supplies too.
