We really liked the speed as to which the curtain arrived, however were surprised to see where it came from as there was no information about this on the website and I think for transparency they should really say! We were disappointed with the plastic eyelets and had actually asked for hooks for a runner - it has been okay for installation though as we have a pole. For the price you would expect to have metal eyelets at least. The quality is okay - not as good as other reviews suggest. Yet to have the full experience of the sound proofing and will wait the advised ten days.... Customer service was good when enquiring about custom colours.

A tous ceux qui s'inquiéteraient : ce site N'EST PAS une Arnaque; après avoir commandé je me suis quelque peu inquiété, la livraison ne se faisant pas dans les délais annoncés; cela a mis 15 jours principalement à cause d'un problème chez DHL. Heureusement le personnel (chat) est toujours à l'écoute et fait tout son possible pour résoudre les problèmes. Merci et félicitations à eux car les clients ne sont pas toujours agréables quand ils sont inquiets. ;-) La marchandise reçue est bien conforme à la commande placée. Je vais accrocher ces rideaux aujourd'hui et ne manquerai pas de vous faire part de mes commentaires quant à la qualité promise. Bonne journée.

When the curtains arrived I was very happy, all was great. Colour is as in the pictures, great quality, and good soundproofing 👍 They also added matching tie backs as a gift which was kind!

Super ! Les rideaux étaient bien emballés et sont arrivés en parfait état !! Je les ai posés sur un rail, l’installation a été super simple, ca a été fait en quelques minutes tout au plus. Au niveau phonique c’est ce à quoi je m’attendais, ça isole bien, bien sur c’est pas magique et ça retire pas non plus 100% des bruits mais ca apporte beaucoup de calme. En bref je recommande fortement !
