Great color and very comfortable
I have ordered wigs before and they never look as pictured. The color on this wig is awesome. I wore it to an event and got compliments all night. I have ordered a second one with a smaller cap size and a third one as a gift.

Hello Bea, We’re thrilled to hear that you love the color and comfort of your wig — and even more excited that it looked just as you hoped! It’s wonderful that you received so many compliments at your event. Thank you for trusting us again with additional orders, including one as a gift. We truly appreciate your support and can’t wait to serve you again! Best regards, Soul Lady Wigs

Be wary!
I have already written a review and have had correspondence with SoulLadyWigs. Since receiving the wig it has been frizzy and tangled. Not at all what i would expect from a real hair wig. Soul lady response was a repeat of what is on the instructions for care. I sent a video showing how tangled it was. The wig was expensive for me and I would not have treated it badly. It continues to shed and the only way i can prevent as much shedding is to not use a comb but just my fingers to loosen the knots when conditioning. It is now much thinner and soon i wont be able to wear it. There are mixed reviews here, so myself and the other ladies with the same issue must have received bad ones. Very disappointing.

Quick Response and Good Customer Service
Customer service quickly responded to my email. They called me and were able to understand my request and were helpful in getting the matter resolved. I have not been able to get this matter resolved, as of October 9, 2025, in a timely manner. Therefore, I will have to give a less than favorable review. Very Dissatisfied.

I absolutely love my 8" Afro Wig
I absolutely love the 8" Afro Wig that I received in August. It is very full and easy to style. The hair is super soft with a few random strands of auburn that was not expected, but nice, just the same. The inner strap in my unit is not removable (unless I cut it) but it doesn't interfere with the comfort or fit when worn. This was my very first SoulLady unit and I am very pleased with the quality.

We designed Soul Lady wigs to offer both comfort and quality, and it’s great to know your first unit has met your expectations. We also appreciate your feedback about the inner strap—it helps us continue improving our products. For anyone curious to explore more styles, our Soul Lady collection offers a variety of options for different looks and occasions. 💇‍♀️ Thanks again for choosing Soul Lady—we can’t wait to help you look and feel amazing with your next wig! 100% human hair
Not everyone is into long hair. At Soul Lady, I saw styles for people like me with medical issues and after reading so many wonderful reviews about the softness, I was ready to make the big move. I wanted something that was easygoing and low maintenance. I got a short curly and will be buying a second one. They will last me for sometime and I will be back to replace as needed. Thank you sooooo much for thinking of people like me. It looks so real on me❣️

My experience with Soul Lady was…
My experience with Soul Lady was excellent. The unit looks very natural — not too gray and not too black — just the right balance to give the appearance of someone who’s just beginning to gray. It was a wonderful experience overall, and the product exceeded my expectations!

EXCELLENT !!
Soul Lady products are"Amazing". I've ordered twice, the salt and pepper bundles were mixed to perfection. My second order,a salt and pepper lace closure when parted looks better than my natural scalp 😊 What makes Soul Lady hair so remarkable to me is the quality. The texture is so smooth,no tangling, just glides through your fingers. I've received many compliments on the quality of the hair, people ask where I purchased it. My stylist was very impressed with the quality and the natural look and feel. With our natural hair if we don't invest time, good products etc.then no matter the style or cut, the cost, the end results may not make us happy. To be able to do all the necessary maintenance and styling I do, Soul Lady products are the only ones up to the task.

It means a lot to us that even your stylist was impressed. Your support and trust inspire us to keep delivering the best products and service. We truly appreciate your loyalty and look forward to being part of your hair journey again! Warm regards, Soul Lady Wigs.
