Hello Marion, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re very sorry to hear that the wig did not meet your expectations and that the look differed from what you saw in the video. This is certainly not the experience we want for our valued customers. Regarding the smell, we understand that sometimes wigs may carry a light factory scent from production, which can usually be resolved with a gentle wash using mild shampoo or conditioner. However, we completely understand that this was not your experience, and we apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this may have caused. To better assist you, could you please share a few pictures of the wig you received? This will help us compare it with the product shown in our videos and provide you with the most suitable solution. Your feedback is very important to us, and we’ll be reviewing this issue with our team to improve both product consistency and customer experience. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help. Best regards, Soul Lady Wigs

Hello Andrea, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re deeply sorry that the color and density of the wig did not meet your expectations—this is never the experience we want for our valued customers, and we take full responsibility for the disappointment this has caused. Your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do, and we understand how frustrating the return process must have felt, especially with the extra steps involved. While our return guidelines are in place to maintain quality standards and hygiene protocols, we completely understand your concerns and truly regret that this made the experience more difficult. Please also know that we do offer customization services for both color and density. Many of our customers have found this option helpful in getting a more natural and comfortable fit, and we’d be happy to discuss this with you if you decide to try again in the future. We truly appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving both our products and services. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out by email [email protected]—we’re here to help. Best regards, Soul Lady Wigs
