My name is Diane. I purchased a ponytail, salt and pepper. . The hair received was at first cool. However by the second daycurls disappeared and the hair became frizzy. I sent numerous emails. Response from the company sorry you are disappointed

Soft hair, light wigs
I found Soul Lady wigs during a Google search. Impressed with their offering I ordered 2 salt &pepper curly wigs. I am satisfied that the wigs arrived soft and pretty. The fit is good. With some adjustment I am sure I can make them work. Thanks Soul Lady wigs.

This Company Cannot Create Quality Wigs
This company scams customers also. They are not in the states and they copy photos from other sites to bring customers in to buy their wigs that they can't create themselves. Black and all other cultures of women DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They only want our money and cannot produce great quality wigs.

After writing a review about a personal concern (wig too big and too short for my liking). I received an email from them that made me feel cared about. They even sent a video on how to adjust my wig and made suggestions on a longer length. I appreciate that! Because of such feedback I will definitely order again.

Perfect
This is my second ponytail in dark salt and pepper and it's just as pretty as the first one I bought. Like the other one, I did cut it some and it's perfect. I also combed it out some and it gives it a more natural look. I love it!!!

Custom service and professional follow-up
After ordering my wig, I opted for the custom small cap. Anna, who is extremely thorough and thoughtful, reached out to me to confirm the measurements I had initially given. Good thing she did, because one of the measurements I gave was incorrect. She followed up by email and text to let me know the timeframe the wig would be shipped to me. It actually came before that timeframe and fits perfectly.
