My 1st Soul Lady Wig!
I received my 1st wig from Soul Lady Wigs and it is beautiful! It arrived sooner than I expected, but I needed a larger size. I contacted their Customer Support and they took good care of me quickly! My agent was Sophia. She was very pleasant, patient and helpful. I am completely satisfied and I already ordered another wig from Soul Lady Wigs!

My first wig was exactly what I needed!
My first wig was exactly as I needed. I put my dreads underneath my wig so I need a larger cap. The second order there was a mix up and I received a regular sized cap and needed to return it. In the meantime I saw a third wig that I was contemplating when a customer service rep from Soul Lady called to see if everything was fine. She helped me with returning the second wig and gave me a discount on the third as well as helped with getting the correct size for it ordered. I am a more than satisfied customer. Wished more companies operated like this and they even are in another country! Looking forward to my replacement wig and future purchases!😊

Making sure you receive the right cap size and feel confident with your purchase is very important to us. We’re grateful for your patience, and it was our pleasure to help you find the perfect third wig — and to make the process a little easier with a discount. Your kind words mean a lot to our whole team, and we’re honored to have you as part of the Soul Lady family. We can’t wait for you to receive your replacement wig and we look forward to serving you again soon! Warm regards, Soul Lady Wigs

I received a wig that was nowhere near what I ordered and customer service played games with me until I got so frustrated that I gave up and took a loss of almost $200, I find it hard to believe that I am the only one to have a major problem with this company, I would never ever do business with them again.
Response from SOUL LADYNov 11, 2025

To help us resolve this issue quickly, could you please send us photos showing the difference between the wig you received and what you ordered? We want to clarify that we have reached out to you multiple times via email and text and even provided the return address directly, but we never received a response from you. Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and promptly, and we regret that we were unable to connect with you in this case. I received 2 beautiful wigs that were shipped within 2 days
I received 2 beautiful wigs that were packed so nicely in a fancy box tied with a ribbon. The most surprising thing was how quickly they were shipped. I made my purchase on a Monday and received my order on Wednesday, super fast. Soul Lady has a large selection of lovely human hair wigs so you have a great choice and are very likely to find what you like.
