This is a standard procedure to help determine what may have occurred during transit. We fully understand your concern and are continuing to cooperate with both the carrier and the dispute process to reach a fair resolution. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced and appreciate your patience while the investigation is ongoing. Our customer service team remains available and committed to resolving this matter as responsibly as possible.
