I am a repeat buyer of Soul Lady Wigs. When Soul Lady introduced a new unit i just have to have it. Soul Lady Wigs are REAL human hair, no fake blended wig. What i really like about Soul Lady Wigs is the more I ware them the more natural they look. I roller set most of my Soul Lady Wigs but they handle heat beautifully. Soul Lady Wigs mystery box are an excellent way to try her products. I have purchased them 2 (two) times. The wigs were mystery but when I opened the box ohhhhh myyyy goodness I was so happy with the wigs I received. Thank you Soul Lady Wigs

Brand New Customer
I am a brand new customer and I placed this order on January 19th, 2026 and have yet to receive my order. This order is beyond 30days. I had very high hopes with Soul Lady based on the positive reviews. I am so very disappointed.

They did not deliver my wig and hasn’t sent my REFUND and has ignored my emails $315.00 for (2) wigs NEVER received either!

The color was wrong and it smelled
The color was wrong and it smelled. I tried my times to contact Customer Service to return. Mind you there's a fifteen day return policy. Finally I had pay to return it and provide them with a tracking number, and once it was signed for I would get my refund. I signed delivery by Jan over a week ago. So , I called 3 different phones number. No response, so then I sent another email and was told they are closed for Chinese New Year. The wigs came from Georgia and was sent back to Georgia. Total scam! I still waiting on my money!
