Full length orthotics are designed to replace the original footbed/liner that comes inside the shoes. We have a different product for tighter fitting shoes and shoes that do not have a removable liner. Hi April! Sorry to hear that you are not 100% happy with our insoles. It does sound like your foot ailment is more severe. We recommend adding on extra ramps, or combining them with our Shoe Bubble orthotics to increase the thickness and increase offloading of pressure. Placement is also key in these situations. For a Morton's Neuroma, you want to place the ramps so that the front edge drops off right before your pain point.
