Hi Devon! Sometimes dirt and grime can get stuck in the adhesive and it needs a little more than rinsing. Please try using warm water and really scrubbing off all the dirt - then set them out to air dry. The adhesive should definitely renew many times. If it doesn't, maybe your pair is defective ? Or, if it's an older pair, the nice thing is that they maintain their shape over time and do not compress, however over time, the adhesive can wear out and double sided tape can be used. In case the insoles got dirty/less sticky from moving them around, have you tried washing them and setting them out to dry? The adhesive renews. Also, each size gets progressively longer, wider and thicker - so if you need them to be longer, we would be happy to exchange for a larger size. If you don't want them to be thicker, then we can exchange for a larger size in our thinner version (the Shoe Bubble Pro-lite).
