Hi Cindy! We are so sorry to hear that our Base Orthotics took up too much space in your shoes. Do your shoes have a removable liner? Full length orthotics are designed to replace the original footbed/liner that comes inside the shoes. We have a different product for tighter fitting shoes and shoes that do not have a removable liner. Also, maybe you have a different foot ailment all together that is calling for a different type of support. We would love to help guide you if you're open to that! Hi Cynthia! We are so sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience with our insoles. Width of the feet shouldn't have an effect on sizing for most of our products. We are not sure which product you ordered, however for our Shoe Bubble Orthotics, if the shoes are wide, it can feel best to place the insoles more towards the inside, making sure they still curve up the inner wall of the shoes. There may be a gap on the outer edge, and that's totally fine!
