Hi TXshocker3, thanks for your feedback. We are a bit confused if you meant to write this review for our brand or another brand? We don't have any full length insoles or insoles that go under the heel, as our insoles are micro-size and drop off before the heels. Did you by chance order our heel wedges or heel lifts? If you are having this issue with the other brand that you purchased, we have solved it with our Shoe Bubble micro-size orthotics. Please check them out! and let us know if you have any questions.
