No pain relief at all.when worn for more than an hour your feet burns since using them in my shoes feet have gone worse.SORRY.dissapointing.

Hi Cynthia! We are so sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience with our insoles. Width of the feet shouldn't have an effect on sizing for most of our products. We are not sure which product you ordered, however for our Shoe Bubble Orthotics, if the shoes are wide, it can feel best to place the insoles more towards the inside, making sure they still curve up the inner wall of the shoes. There may be a gap on the outer edge, and that's totally fine! They arrived sooner than I expected in this pandemic era. They are so soft and very useful. It does create arch on my feet when I wear them. But normal jogging shoes hurt me after a while. I guess I need to buy really wide toe shapes or open toed shoes for a long walk. In the house with socks are no problems. It works to alleviate my plantar fasciitis.
