I love this product. It allows me to play Pickleball and walk 10,000 steps a day with planter faciitis. I put the insert in a pair of tennis shoes and have worn these shoes ever since. (Three months at least). I would have had to cut them down to fit in my everyday shoes or my other tennis shoes. I will order another Soul insole.

I wish they fit flip flops better, I think a set specifically for flip flops is a great idea. Ones that avoid the side straps. Make them fit the world leading brand, and offer them in sizes compatible to size of the actual flip flops, not just small, medium or large. I’m a US 11.5 and where I need to place the insoles on my Havaianas based on the arch of my foot and following the instructions, it goes over the straps but in a way that makes it easier for dirt and grime to get stuck, and makes it way easier for water to get in and make them fall off. Please take my feedback onboard, it works, but not great, only ok to good. I’m sure you are not happy with ok to good. The bits that are in the way do not even need to be there when attaching them to flip flops. Just reshape a bit for flip flops, a lot of people wear flip flops but want to wear the ones they like, your product is so close.

I live in Canada and was totally impressed by the customer service i rec'd. Always prompt to answer to emails I sent (by the next day when I opened them) and because the insoles didn't work for me they offered great return options....I wish all companies were as great as Soul Insole to deal with....Joanne

I only shoe brand I wear are Vionics, because I have extremely high arches and heel bone spurs. In most of my shoes the arches are high enough but when they’re not, I only use Soul arch supports. Can’t walk without the support of Vionics and Souls arch supports. The Soul support inserts are soft and stable in the shoe. You’ll forget you’re wearing them. Thank you Soul.

These insoles have changed my life and how my body feels!

It uses up all of the stickiness to get the right position. The pad is a touch small. It needs to be slightly longer to push the whole foot into a better angle.

I have notice improvement and a reduction pain when wearing them despite suffering a very severe Plantar fasciitis
