As an Antarctic researcher
As an Antarctic researcher, I hike 5-10 miles a day in snowshoes to reach the penguin colonies I survey. The boots I was issued for this most recent field season had zero arch support. I ordered a pair of Soul Insoles size Medium shoe bubble before I left and used them in my Xtra tuffs and in my hiking boots every day. I hiked nearly 200 miles with a backpack over ice and rocky terrain. This product far exceeds the comfort and support of any insole I’ve tried, it honestly saved me. I would have been in debilitating pain without the crucial arch support and proper posture these insoles provided. My only regret is that I wish I’d known this product existed sooner and that I had ordered more for each pair of footwear I took into the field.

Helped the Achilles Tendonitis
I had tendonitis of the Achilles and the physical therapists decided I need arch supports for my shoes, after several weeks of therapy that was not going any where fast! I ordered 2 pairs of the Ultra thin pro-lite insoles, 1 pair of heel wedges and 2 pair of the micro-size insoles. They make a world of difference and my tendonitis is WAY better. I had put 1 pair of the ultra thin insoles in a pair of sandals, but did not peel off the protective cover of the adhesive that sticks to my shoe. I lost both supports, as they apparently slipped out of my shoes. Thank goodness I had the extra pair and they are now firmly set in my shoes. I am so glad I found the insoles-makes my life a (and heel) happier.

I have really bad feet
I have really bad feet. I try things. These did not work for me with my orthodics. You all were very nice with me returning them & refunding my money. I'm 76 years old. We appreciate understanding and kindness very much!!!!!

These insoles are really comfortable
These insoles are really comfortable. Better than the $100 insoles my podiatrist made me buy. I'm not giving a 5 star because I still do have foot pain, but it's only been a couple weeks using them. I'll update my review later if the foot pain decreases. Overall, I would say they are worth the price already.

Glad to hear that our insoles are feeling good for you so far and we hope you heal up all the way as soon as possible. Foot pain can take time to heal and each person and situation is different. Depending on what's going on, here are some ideas that can help a wide array of foot ailments: combination of the right shoes with the right supports, doing foot exercises, massaging out scar tissue, and other things like Epsom salt baths, resting and staying off the feet for a period of time, vitamins like magnesium, turmeric, collagen etc. Here are some exercises that help to strengthen your feet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r14hGOiFyC0 Some excellent walking shoes that we recommend are Brooks Addiction Walker and The New Balance Fresh Foam and for sandals, Oofos.
