I love the product, but was a little surprised that only one came at that price this time.
I received both, but on my previous order, I received 3 pairs and thought that was one order. That's why I was surprised.

Hi Barbara! Are you saying that you only received 1/2 of the pair (only a left or right side?) Or are you saying that you received a full pair with both the left and the right? I looked up your order - you ordered 1 pair of Shoe Bubble insoles so you should have both the left and right side. Please let us know right away if somehow you didn't receive the full pair!! email us at [email protected]

Hi Maria. Glad that you have enjoyed our insoles and that we were able to help out. I'm familiar with your situation and that was very strange for your customs to be demanding extra taxes when the taxes were already paid. Sorry that you had to deal with that. Thanks again for your great communication and patience.

Do you mind if we ask a few questions and try to help out?
Firstly, what is your shoe size? There's a chance you may need a smaller size or a different type of support if these are uncomfortable. If you are possibly on the smaller end of the size range, if your shoes may have some existing support, or if your arches are lower and more sensitive to support, it is likely that you will prefer to choose 1 size smaller or our thinner version (The Shoe Bubble Pro-Lite). Also, maybe you have a different foot ailment all together that is calling for a different type of support. We would love to help guide you if you're open to that!
If we can learn more about your needs, and we figure out that there was a different product that could help you, we can offer an exchange. If you prefer to just return them for a refund, that's totally fine! Please let us know! We want to make sure you have a positive experience with our company and our products.
