Dear Cruz, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are truly sorry for the stress and frustration this delivery issue has caused you. We completely understand how upsetting it must be to have a package marked as requiring a signature left at the wrong address. I personally checked our support communications, but unfortunately, I was not able to find the emails you mentioned. We would really appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened and make things right. Could you kindly reach out to [email protected] with your donation details so we can assist you directly? We also noticed that your review appears to have been posted from Mexico. We currently only operate and ship within the United States, so if this donation was intended for delivery outside the US, we would be grateful if you could clarify this with our support team so we can better understand the situation. We are very sorry again that you were left feeling stressed and without the support you needed. We truly value your feedback and would love the opportunity to take care of this with you. Dear Jason, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your experience, Jason. 💛 We appreciate your openness about both the positive aspects you've noticed and the emotional experiences you've had afterward. We'd especially like to invite you to reach out to our Member Support Team at [email protected] before continuing. We'd be happy to provide some guidance around microdosing, dosing expectations, and how the approach to microdosing differs from seeking a more pronounced psychedelic experience. We can also help you think through your experience so far and how you'd like to proceed. Since you've mentioned experiencing some strong emotions the following day, we encourage you to approach your next steps thoughtfully rather than simply increasing the amount. Thank you for trusting us to be part of your journey, Jason. Please reach out! We'd be very happy to support you personally. SoulCybin Team
