While we're really sad that it's not in line with what you were expecting, we also would like to clarify that we've been in correspondence with you days before you've posted on IG - regarding the status of your shipment. We've gone ahead and reviewed our tickets with you and it appears that we didn't receive your reply to our last email on 11/02 - which may have caused the disconnect there. Our mistake is that we didn't follow up with you after our last email and for that, we're truly sorry. We could've done better. Thanks for raising your concern about your item that got lost in transit, we take all concerns seriously.
