Beautiful clothes

I had ordered two outfits from This boutique several weeks ago. I understand that holiday shopping times can just be a nightmare. However, my issue is that the garments are being shipped directly from China. The problem is that the tracking number was almost non existent because of the international site. When I did find the site it was in mandarin and could not find my shopping order number. So I’m here out almost $200.00 for something I can’t even track. It appears that this boutique ships directly from the warehouse. One garment I purchased was $80.00. If the wholesale cost was $15.00 that means the profit was $65.00. If I knew this I would have ordered direct from the warehouse and saved the $65.00. The inconvenience and inconsistency of the shipping was not with the $200.00 I spent on my entire order. The items are cute and look incredible online, however the inconvenience on not being able to track an order that costs so much is not worth it to me. I won’t be ordering from here again based off of the shipping process. Edit to add. My items came, And they were cheaply made. The one blouse I got, the buttons popped off within hours after wearing. Thankfully I had a dress on underneath as to not bare my whole body. I recommend reverse image searching their clothing and ordering wholesale and saving money.

In September, Waited 6 wks when shipping estimate was 4 weeks. Had to continually email them weekly because package tracking just showed it sitting in China. They have me a full refund. Then later they emailed to ask if I'd like to re ship or receive another refund. I asked them to reship and they did. I finally recieved the lost package but the clothes are cut small. They need to stop listing clothing as one size fits all if they mean Chinese version one size fits all because Americans are bigger and it's unrealistic and disappointing. My sweater stopped practically at my belly button.

My order took two months to get to me. My hat was not in a box and horribly misshaped. I want a refund it really should be free. I paid for the fastest shipment. I want to buy again but I can’t take the risk unless this is made right. Especially sending a hat in postage that is so easy to be crushed. Makes me feel like you really don’t care about your clothing items or the customer. This was my first purchase and I am so disappointed. I had to track down a person on Instagram just to be led in the right direction to fond out how to track my package only to be disappointed. I regret my purchase. What can you do to make this right?

I’ve ordered a couple of items and they all been great. The quality of the fabrics is beautiful and I love the unique designs. I will definitely order again!

Most of the clothes were cut small, and the description didn’t mention that detail. But, the pieces that were on point. We’re IN POINT! I hate the ones I couldn’t fit because they would’ve been so perfect
