I found this extremely small for a large size. So I've bought XL to hopefully fit

I like the piece, but I cannot get it on without risk of damaging it. The piece in the back doesn’t unclip. Am I supposed to stretch it over my head while the bottom is on or put on the top and stretch the bottom part from the floor?
Response from Sophie & OliviaOct 7, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Melissa. We’re glad to hear that you like the piece, but we’re sorry to hear that you’re having difficulty putting it on and are concerned about damaging it. We’d be happy to help clarify how the piece should be put on. Please reach out to our support team with your order details, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

My order was marked as delivered but I couldn't find the package anywhere — the carrier had left it in a parcel locker and I never received the pickup code. I contacted Sophie & Olivia and their support team (Theresa, Eve, Judelle) got on it right away: they checked the shipment details, shared the proof of delivery, and followed up with the carrier to get the locker code resent. There was a small mix-up with the first delivery photo they sent, but they owned it and corrected it immediately. In the end, I found the package at my building's front desk lobby. I really appreciate how responsive and kind they were through the whole process. Would definitely shop here again.
