The quality of the product is great. My wife loved them and of course so do I. Delivery was a little slow, but nothing that would lead me to give a bad review.

Scam. Items arrived (from China) after a long wait, in one of those plastic ziplock bags you get from Shein. The underwear inside bore little relation to the pictures on the website. The quality was absolutely appalling and sizing appeared to be entirely random. A bra that wouldn’t fit a stick insect and knickers with an approximately 40 inch waist labelled Small! Currently trying to get a refund and being told to send items back to China at my own expense. Will be dealing directly with my card provider to get the money back. As an aside, their website claims ‘thousands of 5 star Trustpilot reviews’ but as you’ll see here, there are about 40 and they’re mostly one star, so that’s fraud you can chuck in the mix too.

Would not recommend. Product took forever to arrive and when it does you realise why. Its been shipped from China and you open it you can see the quality is not as good as it looks on the website. The product I purchased had many differences to the images on the website and was even missing an item which made it a full set. The product was a small and to call it small in person was an overstatement. Id say this product was more like a xxxs small, too small to fit an adult. Then comes the faf of trying to return it. Jumping through many loop holes just to try and get a adress to send back too and then the cost of sending it back is shocking. I'd advise people not to waste their time and just to look elsewhere perhaps and more well know brand.

Ordered as a last minute Christmas present with the website stating delivery a few days prior to Christmas, now nearly two weeks after I placed the order it is still in China. No reply to email following up on this, wish I’d read the reviews here prior to ordering.
