Dropshiped stuff from China. Arrived today after saying it was fast shipping. I ordered on the 20.01.26. Fabrics are horrible, scratchy and smelly. They are weird lengths and sizes. Some items came with no size on the label. None of it fits. I usually always check the reviews before purchasing online and for some reason this particular night, I did not and regret it. If you want the stuff on Sophie and Olivia just check out Ali Baba, it's the same stuff :(

I'm generally very enthusiastic about Sophie & Olivia products, but I contacted them because the slip dress I bought there was discoloring. The response I received was that it's not clearly visible in photos, although the label warns against it, but the risk is minimal. I've written fantastic reviews for all the products I bought, but I also honestly shared my struggles with the slip dress in question. All product reviews are visible, except the one for the dress. Fortunately, I'm very enthusiastic about the rest of my purchases.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Poor quality for very high prices. After complaining, I was offered a replacement that never arrived. I was then told it had been delivered, yet no tracking number was ever provided and my messages were ignored. Extremely poor customer service and very dishonest. Avoid this company. @sophie and Olivia, I did contact customer service and yet there has been no reply.

The lingerie fits well and is comfortable! Unfortunately, one broke quickly. I contacted them, and within an hour everything was sorted out, and I'm getting a new one! Laura was very helpful!

Lots of promise but very poor service, delivery takes forever. I tried twice to get what I ordered, but consistent failures. Wrong sizes, wrong product. Product quality is dubious - In summary, just not worth the effort. Very Poor.

I ordered 2 items and unfortunately after purchasing, read the horrible reviews on here, so I cancelled my order via the only way to contact them, which is an email, within about a 30 minute timeframe. They sent an email back about 10hrs later stating that they could not cancel my order because I cancelled more than 15minutes after purchasing and the product was already being processed. I am now going to have to wait to receive my items that are coming from Asia to return, however, I won't get my shipping charges back, I will have to pay roughly $17 per item to return per their policy and pay for the shipping to return the package to Asia. They also sell the EXACT same items (did a reverse picture lookup) on Amazon and Temu, for more than HALF the SALE price I paid for them. Do not waste your money, time or sanity.
