Hi Jake, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that one of the sets did not meet your expectations and that a piece arrived damaged. We’re glad to hear you were able to repair it, but we understand this was still disappointing.

Hi Emma, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share the details. We’d like to clarify that the “mystery gift” is applied as a discounted amount toward your next order, and regarding the shipping insurance, it can only be added if selected by the customer at checkout; unfortunately, it cannot be applied on our end after the order is placed. We’d be happy to review your case further and assist with any outstanding concerns. Please contact our customer service team with your order details so we can help resolve this for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
