Perfect Look! I'm so pleased with the sets I bought - they fit perfectly, look exactly as displayed on the website, and shipping did not take too long. The quality seems great as well.

Precies zoals op de foto, wel teer materiaal, voorzichtig met het aantrekken

I placed an order which I immediately wanted to refund after seeing these reviews. The order did not ship yet and therefore I still could cancel my order and get a refund. After sending two emails to their support team, I was shocked to see they shipped my order despite my emails. The audacity of this team to then reply to me after I emailed them multiple times, showing that they do in-fact see your emails, they just choose to ignore you so that they can steal your money. They definitely uphold these horrible standards this review page has showcased them to have. This team should be embarrassed for the horrid business they have developed. I can only hope they have the human decency to admit to their flaws, retract the order, and refund me.

Hi there, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Please note that once an order has been processed, it may be dispatched shortly after, which can overlap with incoming emails to our support team. We want to assure you that we do not ignore customer messages, and we always aim to respond and assist as quickly as possible. We regret any inconvenience this timing may have caused. Was really disappointed to begin with when I realised the items were being shipped direct from the far East and it seemed the whole website, ‘about us’ etc was maybe not what it seemed. The delivery took nearly 3 weeks which caused an issue as I had bought this as a present for my partners birthday, which tye lengthy post missed! Pleasantly surprised when she opened the package. Looks great, fits her well and seems to be well made. If you can cope with the lengthy postage then all good

That said, we’re very glad to hear that the item fit well and that you were happy with the quality once it arrived. We truly appreciate your balanced feedback and your support.

I ordered the Magda Lingerie Set in black with a free surprise gift. I received two thongs from the Magda Lingerie Set, but never received the top. The top and bottoms were stated as included in the set. Very disappointing to not receive what I was charged and paid for.
