Lingerie can never be one size fits all, I should know better! Only thing to fit is the body suit, everything else is terrible - huge sizes & very badly made. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely shocking, ordered this 3 weeks ago to be told it’s a incorrect address, Every other Parcle gets delivered. It was for a special birthday and now they said I have to wait for it to be returned to them before they will dispatch another. Very disappointed. Avoid

I ordered several items and they didn't fit. I emailed into their support/returns department and got a response a couple of days later after a follow up or two emails with no response. The response was rather than pay to return them, I would keep them (which doesn't do any good because they don't fit) and get a smaller credit. I agreed to this and they said they would email me a credit to use on my next order to order the right size. After several more emails, the responses stopped and I never got a credit. I started to notice that their website started noting that the models are like a size 4 and are wearing size mediums. So a size 6 is a large. Hence why we didn't get the correct size. In summary, there is no "real" return policy. 10/21/26 Update: Someone from Sophie and Olivia responded to my review (below) shortly after I posted it. I checked Spam and Junk folders and no such email ever came through. My complaint about not getting back to me has been confirmed. I assume their response below was to mitigate the bad review but not actually take care of the issue.

Ich kann nur eindringlich vor diesem Shop warnen – hier ist jeder Cent rausgeschmissenes Geld! * Ware: Billigstes Material, teils schief genäht und völlig unbrauchbar. * Größen: Reine Willkür. S ist mal viel zu klein, mal riesig wie XXL. * Retoure: Reine Schikane. Angeboten werden nur Gutscheine statt Geld. Es wird mit teuren Versandkosten und Einlagerungsgebühren gedroht. * Kundenservice: Antworten dauern Tage, man wird systematisch über Monate hingehalten. * Fazit: Sogar der PayPal-Support war machtlos. Lasst die Finger davon!

I had an old address in my Shop app, and when I placed my lingerie order, it confirmed the order with the wrong address. It was Friday afternoon, so I wrote 2-3 messages to the company letting them know of the error and the correct address. THANKFULLY, this Monday morning, I received an email confirming the address change and assuring everything was going to work out (except for whether my wife likes what I picked😂🤞 Exceptional service in my experience.
